| PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE (PPI)
|
Have you been sold a single premium Payment Protection Policy within the last six years to cover the risk you could not afford to pay a substantial loan back? Check your loan agreement to see. Some people didn’t even get told they were buying a policy! The Government are trying to ban this practice altogether because there has been so much abuse of it, because almost all the premiums and the commissions built into them are profit. Some banks have been fined millions of pounds and a whole series of claims companies are offering to chase banks in exchange for a share of any payment recovered often at 25% to 30% or more of the claim. We do not want any money from you for fees. If you have been sold such a policy it might have been mis-sold because when you took out the policy you were:
Even if the loan has been settled, if any of these apply and the premium amounted to over £4,000 we can: i) Offer a no-win no fee arrangement ii) Arrange legal expenses cover with nothing to pay up front Which means you can afford to take action against these companies without personal expenditure if you lose. It is thought there may be as many as 20 million of these policies running and well over half have been mis-sold and the PPI premium involved on a loan of over £8,000 can easily amount to £4,000 . Note: This will not get you out of paying for a loan itself or repayments as the case progresses, this relates to mis-selling the protection policy only. |
